Rent Payment Options

Rental Payments: 

If you are receiving DSS or Section 8 or any other subsidy, please notify our office immediately so we are able to get the paperwork started to switch your account to TEK PM. 

We will set you up with an online account so you can see your balances and make payments. 

You can pay through your online portal with a credit or debit card. There is a fee of 2.95% you will be charged. 

We have a drop box located at our office 250 Mill St. We accept cash and money orders via this dropbox. Our Dropbox is labeled “Tenant Drop Box” with our logo on it. This Dropbox is located to the right of the main entry door outside of our office on the Platt Street side of the building. The box contents are collected multiple times a day and are monitored by camera 24/7. Once we collect your payment, we will text/email a receipt to you for your records. 

Exciting news! You can pay your rent at local Walgreens, CVS, 7/11 and Walmart using the PayNearMe Feature. The fee is $3.99 and they will credit your rent account with TEK instantly with a code we provide you with.
